This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.

2. What we collect

Through the brief form: your email address, phone (optional) and the options you select (vertical, project type, timing).
Through using the site: your sound preference (on/off), stored locally in your browser. It is never sent anywhere.

We collect no more than what you enter, and we use no advertising tracking.

3. Why we use it

Solely to reply to your quote request and discuss a possible project. We don't send newsletters and we don't sell your data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. How long we keep data

We keep the briefs we receive for as long as needed to discuss and possibly run the project, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

6. Who we share data with

We don't sell or share data for marketing. We only process it through the providers that make the site work:

Resend — email delivery of briefs.
Vercel — site hosting.
Sanity — content management.

Each acts as a processor and handles data under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

access your data;
rectify inaccurate data;
erase data (\"right to be forgotten\");
restrict or object to processing;
data portability;
withdraw consent at any time.
